So much of self development and spiritual development is about being fully present to what is. To stop arguing with reality and noticing what that reality actually looks like, and in turn see what in us and our lives we want to shift to better align with who we really are.
But what happens when who we really are isn’t fully welcome in those spaces? When we can’t bring our queer, kinky, polyam, trans, gender non-conforming, and pagan selves into those spaces?
We can’t be fully present. We can’t address the challenges of building authentic selves and lives and relationships — which we have to do without the benefit of the assumptions and templates of the overculture. We’re left to muddle through on our own, bringing home the tools we’ve learned and figuring out how to apply them without the benefit of conversation and support.
The Enneagram is my favorite self- and spiritual-development tool, because it focuses not on who we are, but how we unconsciously limit our true expansiveness, the limitless spectrum of us.
I started The Prismatic Enneagram to bring those tools and that insight into the communities that mean the most to me. I want to help you build the lives, the experiences, and the relationships that are truly authentic and truly fulfilling for you.
